The Goat’s Growl P-90 is the highest-output pickup in the Howlin Goat lineup, designed for maximum power and an unapologetically aggressive voice. Fine-gauge magnet wire allows for increased output while keeping the low end tight and controlled, avoiding the flabby or muddy response often found in overwound designs.

Strong Ceramic bar magnets preserve the unmistakable P-90 character while pushing a rich low end, a robust midrange, and tight, cutting highs. This pickup thrives with added gain—sharp, punchy, and harmonically charged—delivering everything from super-crunchy rhythm tones to searing leads without losing clarity.

Available in dogear or soapbar configurations, the Goat’s Growl is a direct drop-in replacement for standard P-90 routes.
