Tone & Design

This lower-output set is engineered for a balanced EQ, courtesy of warm AlNiCo 3 magnets. The uncovered butyrate bobbins, finished with raw unplated 1018 screws and slugs, offer a clean, classic black aesthetic with a uniquely defined tone.

Wound with plain enamel magnet wire at a slightly higher Turn-Per-Layer (TPL), these pickups maximize definition and clarity. The A3 magnets ensure smooth tonal response, eliminating harsh top-end spikes while maintaining a clear low-end presence.

Uncovered, unpotted, and designed to age beautifully, the raw unplated components develop a natural patina over time for an authentic vintage look.
